  : Beautiful location and facilities, nice restaurant, amazing pool and jacuzzi, very friendly staff.
  : Central air conditioning was too cold and difficult to control as we didn't have any manual control from the room. It required constant communication with reception, whose staff was great, including in the middle of the night. They should fix the system to allow manual control. Some of the facilities seemed brand new, freshly painted, so some features kept falling from the walls (soap and lotion dispensers at the toilet).,which were glued not properly fixed up. Also the room and toilet could benefit from additional hangers for towels and clothes/bags, as there aren't any.

  : The room, garden and breakfast room were nicely maintained and decorated. The gym was on the roof (although only possible in early morning or late evening due to high temperatures) was a reason for us to book this hotel so keep up the good work there.
  : During breakfast and at there was an English speaking staff member available but during dinner time not, which was very unpleasant as we got different food than we ordered but couldnt explain or communicate it, which for that price in the region is completely unacceptable. The pool had so much chloride in there that we took unfortunately a swim only once, but since there are so many nice beaches around that was not too much of an issue.

  : Rooms and grounds are absolutely beautiful. Opt for the breakfast, it is incredible. The breakfast was truly top notch. The staff here are so helpful, friendly and genuinely delightful, we couldn't have felt more taken care of. The pool area and it's surrounding citrus grove is gorgeous. The pool is perfect for kids as it's one, shallow depth across it's entirety. Despite being calm and beautiful, we felt welcome at the pool as a family. Special thanks to Massimo, Happy and Claudia.
  : Only criticisms we have are: Wifi needs to get better across the whole property. Fridges don't really work. No real pool service - we discovered you could Whatsapp reception and ask for a drink to be delivered but there's no menu and it feels like an imposition. Would be nice to have active pool service with a menu, food and drinks dedicated to the pool and managed well.

  : Overall we enjoyed our stay at Taviano. The hotel is located in the center of the old town. There are really nice restaurants nearby. We also liked the pool area and small outdoor gym in the new part of the hotel. Also the staff is kind and helpful.
  : The room itself did not meet our expectations. It was based in the old building and even if we paid less compared to the new part it was overpriced based on the standard of the rooms. For the first night we got another room than we booked. We had a terrible night as the window was to the street and it was super loud. Furthermore it smelled very musty. For the second night we asked for another room that was located to the backyard (which we actually booked) and could change to this. It was less noisy and had a better smell. However, we still found the price too high for this room. Bathrooms and furniture are quite old and within our two weeks holiday in puglia we had much nicer rooms for less money. But overall we still enjoyed the stay based on the great restaurants we experienced in the city.
