  : Nice cold pool lol. The area around the pool was very nice. Lots of students due to ASU. Locating fob was no problem. Washer and dryer were really large. Location great streetcar right outside. Lots of nice restaurants. Bed was comfortable. The Arizona room on the 9th floor was great.
  : Furniture could use some updating. Kitchen chairs not exactly comfortable. Thought it had a balcony but only a few inches you need apartment with balcony. Door code is annoying sometimes took 3 tries. 2 items out of 4 or so reported not fixed. Sometimes more questions than answers on the Sonders app. Ceiling reminds me of an unfinished basement wall. It is unfinished and needs painting. I had to ask Locals about recycling, the gate was actually locked ! Really get a recycle bin for the apartment. Note to Sonders you need to fix your bathroom sink drain plug, it does not work and had to pry it up with my fingers to let water drain.

  : This is an unfortunate review that I have to leave, as I was initially very excited to spend my birthday here and had seen decent reviews of the rooms at Sonder in Tempe. My room check-in was at 4pm and I wasn't notified until after I reached out (due to not receiving check-in details) at 5:03pm that my room was canceled. After reaching out, the chat rep told me a team would have to reach out through email to let me know about my status with the hotel room. Again, over an hour after I was supposed to have checked in already. I would receive an email later that night informing me that the reason for the cancellation was due to an invalid credit card. After checking my statements, they had charged me already for the room ($391.76), piquing my curiosity as to how they could've charged an invalid credit card. After double-checking the credit card numbers, I verified that the charged card was the exact same card that they had on-file. All-in-all, the experience I had with Sonder was subpar due to: 1) not receiving notification that my reservation was cancelled (injustly) until 1hr after my check-in time, thus forcing me and my group to scramble to find another reservation in the area 2) falsely accusing me of providing an invalid credit card and using this fabricated reason as a scape to justify canceling my reservation later-than-last minute

  : Great location! Comfortable unit. Easy check in process. Excellent staff and excellent customer service before and during the trip! 10 stars for customer service always with Sonder.
  : We love our Sonder stays, but the sofa beds are never very good it seems. This one was particularly bad. The top of the bed was lower then the rest. We had to put the mattress on the floor to make it sleepable.The sheets were stiff and loud as such. There was toilet paper in the toilet upon our arrival. The trash cans were not very functional because they had lids with foot pedal did not open and close easily or at all.
