  : Super clean B&B just off a main road into Torquay and about 15 minutes walk to the railway station. Older property but in great condition offering a place of character. The en-suite room was ample in size with a good shower with supplies of toiletries. There was a hospitality tray with tea and coffee and additionally a small fridge with fresh milk and bottled water. A nice touch! The room also had several drawers, a bedside table, small wardrobe with coat hangers and a small led television. Breakfast was supplied for a supplement in the downstairs dining room but it was well worth the extra. A choice of cereals, juices, fresh fruit and yoghurt was available as a buffet. Tea, coffee, toast and an excellent full English breakfast was available to order. The owners and hosts, Venessa and Cameron were delightful. They were keen to ensure your were ok. They offered suggestions for walking and dining in the area, and, when I was leaving, it was pouring with rain, and Cameron drove me to the station. Thank you. Much appreciated. It saved me from getting somewhat damp! Overall, a superb stay. Recommended.
  : It was hard to find fault with anything. I would have been good if the room had a chair or stool, but space for one may have been an issue.
