  : The resort was really nice, loved the old Sardinian village charm and the choice of beaches and pools. I felt though that it had so much more to offer if they made a bit of effort with the service. Bar staff at the pool were great.
  : The buffet dinner food was average; the knowledge of some of staff was very limited. We had to work out a lot of things ourselves. The excursion office was a waste of time , messed up our booking for a boat trip. Kids activities only started to really get going half way through our trip. Aircon was super noisy in the room. The hills and stairs were exhausting. Paying for new pool towels each time.

  : Poor structure, poor food, poor staff. It’s totally impossible that this is a 4 star hotel resort. There doesn’t seem to be any management. I ordered a drink from one of the bars. 10 mins later still hadn’t arrived. Went to another bar. Same thing. There just seems to be no management. No anti COVID measures in place except masks, no temperature taken at any time. No hand cleansers in rooms or near rooms. No written declaration that you are covid free. Air conditioning units of all rooms pump water out over the common areas which is extremely dangerous!!!! As there are steep steps everywhere. There is no beach only a constructed platform with too few sun beds for guests. I think if the authorities where to go there, they would be heavily fined for health and safety code violations. The food just awful ( I live here so I can assure you I’m in a position to say this). Overall it’s a poor place to stay.

  : We just stayed at this hotel for a week and we had an awesome stay with 3 generations of family. The staff was super friendly and really made us feel welcome. On one of the nights I was having a Brandy and one of the bartenders, Renato (who makes excellent drinks by the way), came and offered me one of his private cigars. Super nice initiative. Staff at the restaurant was also super friendly and made us feel very welcomeWe are really pleased with our stay and hope we can Come back again.
