  : check in was poor, not given a WiFi password. once Id been checked in staff were nowhere to be found. key fob to get in and out of gate didnt work, no one answered the bell. luckily found a random gate open. breakfast was poor. wouldnt stay again. terrace for sea view wasnt open. asked for city tax stay although didnt mention this in the booking

  : Location is good, short walk to old city. Breakfast was great, full of multiple food choices. It is situated on terace with a seaside view. Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy.
  : Free parking on site is just parking in the street next to hotel. Would recommend to check for alternative in case you are unable to find a spot which might be hard during high season. Other than that all was ok.

  : The staff were great! Location is also optimal as its by the centre and we had our own entrance to the beach
  : The wifi could have been better - couldnt always access it from our rooms

  : The best thing about this hotel was the view and location. Area is quiet and secure as well. Parking if you can get it is right on the street just very narrow so be careful as people park on both sides.
  : Rude woman at checkout only cared about getting her money from our dinner at the hotel next door which they also own. Never asked about our stay never wished us well nothing. The woman who checked us in I think her name starts with an L maybe she was fantastic. She told us there was only her and Martina that do the reception so Im guessing it was Martina that checked us out. But the other woman offered to help with our luggage and was so kind.No hot or warm water to speak of tap or in shower. Breakfast was cold. We got there just after 8:30 they start at 8 and were not impressed. Weve had much better for less money.Room wasnt anywhere near as clean as it could be. The walls were gross. Towels were all ripped, thin and frayed. My towel had hair on it. Bed was uncomfortable pillows were terrible. Air conditioner made so much noise that we thought there was something moving in our room as it woke us up in the middle of the night. Safe was broken they were supposed to get somebody to repair it but that never happened.Other then the view and location not even close to being worth the money.
