  : The ONLY thing to dislike are the pillows, they are hard, which is a common problem in many places in Italy, so I can not blame directly this property (does Italians prefer hard pillows ?)

  : Breakfast was exceptional and included (if you are not in a suite), a wonderful variety was offered (eggs, toast, Italian cold cuts and cheese, fruit, yogurt, etc.) and was served on the roof-top terrace, weather permitting. We looked forward to Christina's delicious home baked sweets every morning! The location was perfect - within the city center but on a quiet street at night - and walking distance from the train station (1 km) downhill.
  : The stairs. If stairs are a challenge for you, this place is not for you. There are approx. 20 stairs between levels and there are 4 levels. The 4th level is a beautiful rooftop terrace. I would recommend passing/paying for breakfast and book a suite for not much more money; you get amenities (fridge, glasses) and a stocked kitchen! Tap water is not drinkable and Christina let us store our bottled water in the small fridge in the kitchen. I believe there are only two suites and they are located on the 1st and 2nd levels. We stayed in Room #1 on the 3rd floor so we climbed 60 stairs to get to our room; our bed was comfortable but very creaky, bedding was soft but towels were very rough and scratchy. No pets are allowed, however, another guest brought a small dog which was allowed to walk freely, it nipped my husband and growled at us (we are dog lovers so we didn't take exception).
