: Wasn't a huge fan of getting the key from another location, but not that big of a deal.

: Location is great. In the ski slope and hiking trail is best for us who want to be in nature. Kitchen are well equipped. Very quiet place in the woods.
: Facility is cheap. AC is not easy to control.Fan in the bathroom is broken. A bit small for 4 people. There was a dust of food in the fridge. Totally, I felt the price is a bit higher than the value.

: We liked the location and it had everything that you need.
: During COVID-19 the bathroom of the property wasnt clean enough. We found hair, old soap and clogged bath tube. No shampoo or body lotion were stocked. Also under the toilet seat was dirty from the previous tenants.We couldnt arrive in the office hours to pick-up the keys and we were in a situation where now one of the guess service could pick up the phone. What about emergency call... We were lucky that finally we found someone to explain us that the keys are ... Nowhere in the checkin instructions was mentioned about it. After our stay during working hours (10am) we called the lease office. No answer again.The checkout procedure is very inconvenient. We cant leave the key and just go but instead we need to travel back to the lease office(10 minutes away). First time to see that.

: Dishes did not appear clean, no clean sponge, toilet paper and paper towels were very low quality. Mattress for the pull out bed was was not comfortable at all. Bathroom didn't have a vent. We were not provided the code for the laundry room and my voicemail was not returned when I called to ask for it.

: Location was great. A bit pricey, in my opinion for the kind of place.
: Staples on carpet were exposed. Stepped on them twice.
