  : The floor was FILTHY. It looked clean, but after an hour walking around barefoot the bottom of both feet were black. So I washed them, and by morning they were black again. That floor hadn't been thoroughly mopped in at least a year. Also: there were plenty of empty rooms but someone put us in a room near the freeway noise rather than at the back of the building. Maybe worth $70/night but not $170.

  : The $100 deposit required on check-in, in addition to the normal room charge.

  : The Room was in a Good Location, and was Clean, and Comfortable.
  : The Manager Christine, was Very Rude. She Portrayed Herself as a Very Selfish person, with Little feelings for the Less fortunate. She Bragged that She Managed All of the Hotels on the Property. She Actuall told Me to Leave All of Her Property, because She observerved the Person I was sent to Help go to to Detox, And Rehab Smoking a Pill while I was Gone. Understandably, My $100.00 Cleaning Deposit was kept for Travelodge. BUT I Had walked I over to the RED ROOF INN, before this, and Payed 296.98 on My Debit , and $ 50.00 Cash for Deposit for 2 Nights Stay. Christina Ordered Me Off of HER Property, and Informed Me I Could NOT Stay at Red Roof Inn. She Acted Like She was GOD. I Tried to Apologize Multiple times for My acquaintances Behavior, But She was Too Good and Above My Class to Have Any Desire to Listen. I called the Desk of Red Roof Inn, where I was Hung Up On. My $300.00 was NOT Returned. My thought of Christine was that She Held a Position in Customer Service that She had No people Skills in. I thank GOD that Upon Praying to Him, I Held My Tongue ,once Again apologizing while Avoiding the Urge to Physically Shut Her " Above Everybody" Mouth..This Matter is Just Beginning, But I recommend Adequate Training in People Skills for Your Management Personell. I would Not Stay at that Location Again, even with an Apology Voucher..Thank You.

  : Front desk staff The heat and a/c worked well.
  : 1 towel and 1 washcloth. 2 lightbulbs burned out and were not replaced the next day. A week ago a bathroom flooded into the bedroom and all my towels were very wet. They apologized but no concession because I had booked with booking.com. A large white truck parks in the handicapped every time I go there ( very week) with no license plate or sticker for handicapped.
