  : The size of rooms were decent. The staff was very friendly. It had an indoor pool and hot tub.
  : The beds were uncomfortable. Our toilet didn't work when we got there. My husband had to work on it. The bathroom in one of our rooms smelled like mold and the air conditioner didn't work very well. The breakfast could use ALOT of improvement.

  : Previous positive stays brought us back, polite staff. An unexpected refund for my stay, I assume related to an issue I experienced.
  : I found a small black bug in my bed, not a bedbug, as I was about to go back to bed at 7:30am. I went to the front desk and told the gentleman my situation, and requested my room be cleaned right away, especially all of the bed linens. I was told it wouldn't be until 8:30am. I sat in the chair in my room, as the bed made me uncomfortable, until they came at 9:10am. I sat there for over an hour and a half, half asleep and couldn't lay down. I believe that was poor customer service. Any kind of bug is the top fear when sleeping in a bed not your own. A couple days later, I noticed the full price of my stay had been refunded. I appreciate that and it might possibly persuade me to return. Thanks.
