  : There was a front desk manager that was very friendly. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. The valet folks were friendly and responsive. The woman working at Starbucks on Saturday morning was great.
  : I have booked two queen beds and I was told that I was incorrect and that the computer showed that I booked one bed with a king. I repeatedly said that this was not true, and I was repeatedly told in a very rude manner that that was what I did, when I was able to pull up my confirmation I was dismissed. Another employee told me that they would come for two days because that was already part of my reservation. The air in the room did not cool. The shower door did not stay closed so water was all over the bathroom. I had to make the pullout couch for my kids to sleep on because that was not already set up for us.

  : Everything! Well the price for room service and parking was just a more than I think was fair but.... the service was great!
  : The first night the bed was awful due to my bad back and wore out mattress I actually slept on the couch/lounge for a couple hours after daylight, however the girl at the desk (don't remember her name) was very gracious and moved us to another room quickly the next night. Very happy with the next room. Very clean. Big fluffy towels. FABULOUS SHOWER! The tiny bottle of herb essential oil spray left on pillows for restful sleep was a lovely touch. Giant TV!! We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that, nor did we order food at hotel restaurant or go to the bar. Starbucks was perfect. We were able to check out late without being charged. They did have valet service for parking or if wanted to park closer to building you would need to pay parking fee of $20 per night. I think that is a bit steep. We have handicap permit so parking on side of building wasn't a big deal. But definitely will be back on next trip!

  : We made the reservation online, we sent a credit card authorization, we put a different card on file for incidentals. For whatever reason,they decided to switch the cards around. When our workers went to check in, they tried to make them pay cash. Never had so much trouble with a Marriott. We called up that night they were trying to check in and spoke with the girls and they acted like they didn't even know what was going on.

  : Location and clean.staff at front desk was nice.
  : Cannot lock the bathroom door. Our room never got cleaned. We had to call every day for clean towels. The very first night we noticed blood on the sheets. Had to call for them to come change them
