  : Very cold. Heating is all electric and there is only one unit serving the whole room (above and below) which doesnt work properly. No blankets were provided for the sofa bed.

  : I liked a lot the location. Though the building is next to the street with the tram, it was perfectly quiet at the apartment. The place is well arranged, clean, and comfortable. Includes all the basic facilities, so it makes your stay a lot more pleasant.
  : I was not happy about the fact, that we needed to grab the keys from another location. Luckily we were able to change our plans and move with the car, otherwise, I should walk about 20min from a place to another. I would not recommend this place for a longer stay as the windows are not giving too much daylight, so you feel like in the underground, hard to say is it morning or the afternoon.

  : It was easy to find the office where keys can be picked up Apartment is at an excellent location: 2 corners from the main square, 1 corner to the main walking street, small shops are near in 5 minutes walk. It was clean and nice, renovated. Beds are clean and confortable.
  : The hospitality, that was terrible. Horrible? Mistakes in communication, doesn't speak/understand English at least on a level as I do. Mistakes in messages: tutorial, where-to-find, how-to do only arrived when I've asked for it and even when it arrived: first time (all the time) for another apartment. Couple of mistakes I got about the apartment from the office - "where to find" message received about another apartment. Air condition switch on tutorial video -only in Italian- 5-6 minutes!!! (so ti is not a simple pressing a button type) received only when I asked for it. Like anything else. BTW: air conditioning did not work and not even helpful answers, actions has been done by the hosting office: 1 day turn-around for each questions and not even appeared in the house, however it was less than 10 minutes walk from the office. Technical help would just arrive on the 4th day after the request, however the inner temperature was higher than outside! There is no ventillation in the apartment, only the top part of the window can be opened and only the entry door to the "street" is the other option. No ventillation in the bathroom/toilette. Toiletteries are for one day only.

  : 100% absolutely nothing.
  : We arrived at the most disgusting and dirty property. After seeing the state of the property, we immediately walked out and had to book another hotel late in the evening (an extreme inconvenience). We contacted the person that provided us with the keys to let them know the condition of the space and he explained that even for him was impossible to reach the owner by phone. He emailed them only to receive this response: we would have to wait for the cleaners to come the next morning. Obviously, with Covid still a concern, we were not going to risk staying in a filthy space. There were pubic hairs throughout the space including on the bed, the couch, near the dining table, and the bathroom. There was no soap in the bathroom or the kitchen. There were footprints on the surface of the dining chairs. Spiderwebs and dust were present throughout. We contacted Booking.com immediately to inform them that we were leaving the property right then and left the keys on the table. We demanded a full refund as we absolutely couldnt stay there. Booking attempted to reach the owner and they were given the same answer: we should stay overnight and then wait for a cleaning crew to come to the apartment in the morning. We didnt feel like sleeping in such a disgusting place and had to deal with the stress of trying to relocate at night in a town we didnt know. We made several attempts to request a full refund for this terrible experience for weeks now, even providing over 30 images and videos as proof of the filthy property. Booking told us that the owner would not refund us at all. We feel as if we were robbed of 430 euros. Its not ok to expect people to stay in your dirty property during the pandemic, especially with not even a container of soap and pubic hairs everywhere. For anyone considering this property, these photos speak for themselves.
