  : The room was falling apart, it didn’t look at all like the one in the photos of the description, water was constantly leaking in the wc, after each shower the floor was flooded. the staff hardly speaks English. A friend came to visit and they wouldn’t let him in, even if I confirmed I wanted him to come up (it was raining outside). I could hear everything that was happening on the next room. on the check out they wouldn’t give me an invoice even if I explicitly asked for one. And when i had left the room and came back to pick my luggage I wanted to use a bathroom and they said there was no bathroom available. It is NOT AT ALL a 3 stars hotel, and I would strongly recommend an inspection. Chose anything else if you are going to Torino. At least it was clean and hot water worked well, even if everything else looked shabby

They do not speak English and the only way to contact them is by google translate .The smell of the rooms, elevator and breakfast area was soooooo bad.The quality of the breakfast was terrible.I tried with them to cancel the reservation and pay one night but they refused
