  : It had everything a couple would want for a week's stay. Had everything in the kitchen to prepare and serve full meals. Large capacity washer/dryer was great for laundry. View out window was beautiful. Location was ideal for North Beach area. Price was great for what was provided.
  : The apartment was very compact with limited space for beach equipment. Limited area for storing clothing (a small chest of drawers would have been nice). Biggest disappointment was being locked out of back courtyard (deck, firepit). Was looking forward to having morning coffee and evening relaxation there. Pool will be amazing when/if opened.

  : The marsh view from the living room and bedroom windows was great, and parking for unit 1 was shaded under the portico. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedside lamps on tables on both sides of the bed were good for reading. Was happy to see a microwave, even though not listed or shown. The refrigerator and stove are super.
  : The living room table was covered in dirt and debris when we arrived (otherwise very clean). There was one tiny pot without a lid, and the only pan with a lid was a large dutch-oven-like pan. There were no microwavable casserole dishes (fortunately, I had brought one from home). The tiny dining table rocked like a seesaw. We were not told there was construction out back, which took away a lot of the charm of the view. We & other guests moved the heavy chairs, but still not ideal climbing over erosion barriers and tripping over hoses. The pool at the back of the building was fenced off and not available - something we weren't told. The website said there was a spa-type heated pool area - it didn't say it was located blocks away on Ave. 9, and no information on either pool in the communications - only a billboard in the empty lot next door with a phone number. And for this, we were charged a 'resort fee' of $50?? The building is very close to the road, but fortunately the road noise is less being at the back on the marsh side and the traffic dies down after 7 PM. Unfortunately, the family that was staying above us kept us awake moving furniture and what sounded like they were doing gymnastics based on the feet pounding on the floor above us. Other parts of the instructions we received were not up to date or not relevant to this unit. There is no 'key inside the lockbox'. The combination opens the door lock. There is no recycling, unless you take it yourself to the stadium. The soap bars in the bathroom don't work well with the water - I suggest bringing your own pump-style soft soap for washing hands.

  : loved the communication before and during trip. room was great, and clean !!!! but I had to look at a pool that was beautiful that I couldnt swim in or seat on the dock in the chairs due to it not being open. had to drive to a pool access instead of swimming in the one that was my view.. that sucked

  : -Easy check-in -cute tiny house style place -updated furnishings -easy to walk to things, but you may want to drive if going to the beach.
  : - ceiling tiles had water stains - no storage for long-term stay -no pillows or blankets for pullout bed -pullout bed still had plastic wrap on it -shower head is no positionable. Turn water on and it hits the door. So if you warm it up and then try to get in you'll soak the floor.
