: The hotel has a nice cave aesthetic which is cosy and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and even have a working fireplace. The view overlooking the pigeon valley is a highlight, as is the food at the in house restaurant Moniq. Both breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff were helpful in arranging tours and providing information on what to do.
: The mattress was on the softer side which took some getting used to.

: I had the pleasure of staying at this establishment for two nights in two different rooms, and it was an exceptional experience. The first night, I stayed in a room with a balcony, which was delightful. I even treated myself to a soothing in-room massage. The following morning, I relished a scrumptious breakfast on my balcony, taking in the breathtaking view.The highlight of my trip was the second night when I had the privilege of staying in the royal suite. The suite was incredibly spacious, and its architecture was nothing short of amazing; it felt like I was in a cave. To top it off, there was a generously sized jacuzzi on the terrace, allowing me to soak in the magnificent view.Overall, this place is an oasis of cleanliness and tranquility, offering stunning views from every corner. The hospitality was impeccable, and the proximity to local shops and restaurants was convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful, with Russell providing valuable insights about the area and activities. However, Dolunay stood out as my favorite with her exceptional assistance.

: The setting of the property is very pretty with an exceptional view of the rising balloons in the morning and the valley and mountains. Also the multiple layers added a distinct feel to the property as also the cave room concept.
: Its a little far from any of the attractions, and if you need to get out for dinner into Goreme town, you need to take a taxi. Also, it gets very tiring for older people or people with disability to climb up and down the stairs between the reception and the rooms.
