  : Calm hotel with all the necessary amenities.Rooftop jacuzzi which can be reserved for free - private and relaxing.Great restaurant for dining! It is rated as one of the best in the area. Staff and meals in the restaurant were excellent!Hotel management listens to feedback. For example, the hotel installed a badge entry system to the parking lot. This was a problem in the past but they listened to feedback and changed it.Really kind hotel staff.Covid19 rules were followed to the letter.
  : Beach seats and umbrella were not free because we had booked via Booking (10 per day)? Kind reception lady did not charge us for it in the end after we had explained that other guests were not charged despite having booked via booking.Breakfast staff were not very welcoming nor friendly and couldn't speak English.Hotel restaurant was often fully booked because it is one of the best restaurants in the area. Best to make a reservation in advance (even before arriving).

  : Stunning public beach nearby but umbrellas and sun beds are provided by the hotel. Amazing staff and location, rooms have plenty of space and furniture is really new.

  : Clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. COVID Measures set up very accurate. The Hotel is at the beach and chairs are available for free. Breakfast is on a balkony overlooking the beach - great
  : opening the parking is cumbersome, there is a intercom, but it works by dialing the main number at the reception - usually the line is busy and you need to walk to the reception. I suggested already they should mount a video with intercome or entry with badge and maybe a sensor to exit. The answer from the reception was, that they already had a lot of complaints and she adressed it to the managment and hopes it get solved for our next stay

  : Shower was broken, did not work well. I would expect that in such nice accomodation they spend a little more then just very basic shower wire and dispensor.View to the sea was not very direct with ugly electrical wires.Absolutely no soap, shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom.

  : the location is great, right on the beach. the staff is very helpful and accommodating. good breakfast.
  : we had booked this place also because it has a SPA, and since the weather was pretty bad it would have been nice to use it. the staff were nice and they offered us the rooftop whirlpool for free - except the water was freezing so we couldn't even get in! it was around 20 degrees, NOT the right temperature for a whirlpool (especially on a bad weather day). we told the staff, and after a few hours they said they were preparing the SPA area for us - which was really nice, but again: cold water, so we couldn't use the whirlpool. they said it was the right temperature for after the sauna, but that is not actually true - you're not supposed to jump in and out of a whirlpool, so it has to be at least at body temperature. the chromotherapy shower was nice, but the drain was clogged so we could only use it for a short time. the sauna and turkish bath were good.the bedroom shower had a broken attachment, so it didn't stay up. clogged drain here as well.at checkout, we were presented a bill that included the beach service (which we absolutely didn't know was not included, as nobody told us - we had our own sun beds and umbrella, so we would have used them instead) and the bottles of water that were in the room fridge. again, we were NOT told that they were not complimentary, and there wasn't any price list in the room, so given the price of the room we thought they were included.definitely improve communication and main services such as SPA, which is one of the main features of the hotel!another note on the restaurant: we had looked it up online and it was quite pricey but with some good cheaper options like pizza (which we love, so were planning on having it on several days). we get there on the first night, and find out that the pizza chef "has left one month ago" so no pizza and only expensive options on the menu. pasta starting from 15 euros (for Puglia it's quite a lot), not that good TBH.
