  : I ordered 2 bedrooms for 8 people and asked 2 double queen beds for 2 rooms. And the front desk, he said yes, sure for 8 people double queen bed for both rooms. After check-in around 9 pm so we decided to go without checking the room nor put our luggage in. When we came back to go to our rooms to rest around 1.30 am, I didn't see any front desk at that time, and we were all tired and want to clean and sleep, but when we went to one of our room number 516 is not 2 queen beds, only 1 queen bed. So how we can sleep with 4 people in that room? When we checked out, we told the front about it, and she double-checked what we booked was right for 8 people with 2 double queen beds for 2 rooms. She told the manager, but he/she wasn't around, and she asked for my information if the manager would call me since we paid in cash. The front desk called me and asked if I could receive $30 refund via zelle, and I said yes and thanks. But until today, July 13th, I wrote this complaint, and none of zelle was $30 in my account yet. I tried to call the front desk and general manager, but no one picked up, and the messages box is full. Very disappointing of the service. Also, when I checked in with the $200 deposit per room, the front desk did not give me receipts for cash deposit even though we asked for, the other front desk she just told that we can take pictures of the cash deposit envelopes.None of the paperwork they gave me after I signed or when I checked out. None of the receipts/ invoices to me or my email.

  : Room was clean and large enough. Shower is separated from bathroom, which is good. Location and accessibility to Manhattan using Bus 125 makes it convenient. Free coffee was nice, although I guess it was Decaf!
  : Nothing serious; Lobby is weird and need some decorations to make it a nice one. Carpet was not clean.

  : Front desk staff at check-in was rude and didn’t not know anything about the rooms. She stated no microwave in rooms, but there was one in ours. Also, she said the stand up shower did not have a detachable shower head when it did.
