: The property was as the pictures and very pretty. The room was really big and the owner and all the staff were extremely helpful as best they could be. Its not a really big property but I guess thats also why they can be involved.
: Theres an English language barrier so you need to get prepared to go with a translation app and that applies to almost everyone in the village.

: Outstanding service and hospitality. Accommodation was very comfortable considering you are in a cave! The breakfast was outstanding. Disappointed they cancelled the ballon for the morning (due to winds) it was such a pleasant stay. The outdoor patio is lovely. Thank you for a memorable stay!

: Breakfast Spread was really nice and also the cave room. It was also very easy to book the tour directly at the reception.
: No room service - was a challenge to get cups/glasses/coffee. We had to buy everything ourselves. Bathroom had no door. The WC and shower area were completely exposed which was quite uncomfortable. There was also a fowl smell coming from underneath the wash basin. Also the water pressure in the shower was really bad and water leaked out from the shower area into the bedroom. No drinking water was provided (not even complementary bottles) which is really strange in an luxury suite. Our room was booked for three nights but no breakfast was given to us for the third day. We requested if just a little something could be packed for us since we had two long flights but we were not accommodated.
