  : Pool was not advertised that it was closed. Rooms had dirty floors like they had not been swept. A/C was not cooling room. Pills were found on the floor near the bed. Shower was not working. Cable was not available.

  : The only light that worked was in the restroom, our curtains were shredded up, we had NO wifi, & we had no cable. The king size room was definitely NOT worth the money they ask for. Huge disappointment, will never stay there again.

  : For the time of year and the heat, we were expecting for a decent pool area. Pictures of the hotel showed a nice clean pool area and upon arrival, there was no "nice, clean" pool. It was a disappointment.

  : I payed 3 rooms on Friday a little after 3 p.m. I was given a key the keys to each room. Before I left the hotel , I went to each room to turn on ac and close the curtains. I then left to work and got in about 130 a.m. I went to get my receipts fe the rooms that i had paid earlier and the young man named Chris said I didn't pay for the rooms. I explained to him that I made a reservation for 2 nights and paid 1 night and the following day I was going to pay the next night. He was upset quit didn't understand what I was trying to explanada to him that I did pay that's why I had the keys to the rooms. Later after that he printed out the receipts and I read them and told him that one of those receipts was not right. That roo. Number wasn't mine. He insisted thatvit was my room number. I went to my room and saw the numbet on the door to verify and in deed I was right. I called him to the office to confirm that the room number on the receipts was wrong and if he could fix it on his computar to avoid another mistake, he then said you have to getvout of the room and move. Itold him there's no way my husband is asleep on the bed already and so is my uncle on the other bed and bedides towels we're used as well because they showered before sleeping. He was so rude and didn't want to come to good terms with me, I told him ok. Well I'm going to sleep now I have a long day at work tomorrow so please I don't want anyone knocking on my door . About 30 minutes later I look out the Window and he is knocking soo hard on my door as if he wanted to break down the door. I opened the door and told him why are you knocking on the door this rude way and soo loud, he then said you need to get out of this room, And I told him I was calling the police, and he called me B Word which is a bad Word.
