  : Vail 21 is in a great location, watching the slopes being groomed at night and the skiers during the day is just amazing. Walking to gondola or ski lift was quick and easy even with carrying a toddler and two pairs of skis. The walls are pretty much soundproof so we did not have any problems with neighbors and did not have to worry about our toddler being too loud. Our parking spot was taken twice but the staff helped figure out the problem swiftly.
  : The condominium did not meet our expectation, the carpet was quite old and stained, the master bedroom furniture was bulky and did not provided any storage, kitchen knives need upgrading, kitchen and living room furniture needs updating.

  : Great Location. Right across from the gondola. Free parking. Close proximity to everything.
  : Living room furniture was beat up. Scratch marks all over the leather couch. Definitely needs to be replaced. No wood for the fireplace. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Hole in the middle. Definitely not comfortable for 5 people. Needs a broom and dust pan. No cleaning supplies. Hard to maintain without the basics.

  : The unit could use some updating. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and all the furniture was outdated. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable as well. 8 stars is mainly for the location.

  : Liked location near market and ski lift, new kitchen, view of chairlifts from 4 th floor. Nice to have coffee provided! Soft bed nice.
  : Need more bowls and cups and plates so I can use dishwasher without waste. Chips on several dishes unclassy for such a classy place. Wanted a potato peeler. Didnt need daily maid service if that can cut costs that would be nice. Every third day is plenty. Hot tub jets not functioning, although it was plenty hot. I would get a cover as Ive seen at other ski places which guests can remove and put back to save precious electricity. Spices a nice touch but really only needed salt and pepper which could be reused by guests probably cheaper for us. Spices lacked cinnamon which I would have used. Consider having 6-8 common larger containers of spices that can be reused. Fireplace logs didnt catch well and we are experienced fire using people at sea level. Either provide kindling or forget logs all together. Were they unseasoned? Would like more head space for bottom bunk bed by raising top bunk. Parking was tricky with all the snow. Telephone numbers of help should be posted on inside of condo so we dont have to search around for front office number if plowing or other info needed.
