  : They provided an apartment that didn't correspond to the photos. After I mentioned that I will leave a terrible review in Booking, the host nicely called me, suggested another apartment for 2 nights and for the last night to move to another place. The air conditioning was dysfunctional and very loud in the initial apartment, I moved to the initial apartment for the last night, and the host changed the air conditioning beforehand. Overall my vacations were close to being ruined because of all these changing things.
  : The photos on the booking do not correspond to the real apartment they provided. The initial apartment didn't have a single window, the ceiling was low, and even me (1.58m) was hitting my head. The second apartment wasn't clean enough, the sofa had a terrible smell, there was a HUGE bug when I first entered the apartment, and the host removed it himself. The window in the room can't be opened. The wifi didn't work in the room so I spend all my internet. On my question, if they can provide another internet, they said they don't have another in the building. So, basically in the second apartment, I didn't have internet either.

  : Very quiet and in the city center. Clean. In itself, the apartment is good looking.
  : We stayed at the 5th floor which is hot, boiling hot, requiring a/c continously. The roof is hot to the touch in late afternoon till late night in August. There was basically no sight outside, windows are squares of 30cm with opaque glass so if you don't open them, you can't see outside. And this works for the bed room because in the living room there are no windows whatsoever, just glass blocks to let some light in. Including light from the stairs so if anybody in the whole building switches on the light in the stairs, you get light in, and if you are 4 it means someone is sleeping in the sofa. The roof of the bedroom is, for the most, so low that you cannot stand even if you are 10 years old. So... In the end, I believe it was significantly overpriced.

  : Lena was exceptionally helpful with all the issues even though we arrived at non-working time. The location of the flat is excellent, close to all the central tourist attractions.
  : I stayed only for a short time, but was satisfied with everything.

  : Bright light shining into the room from the stairwell of the building made it very difficult to have a good sleep. It needs a curtain not a transparent blind......

  : Perfect location in the old town. The city has good transport links so it was easy to get out to the City of Sciences. The main thing for me was also having a washing machine as I was between trips during my Valencia stay and it worked out perfectly. I would check out this place again if I come back to Valencia.
  : The TV was old. Not a smart TV and I couldn't stream from my phone or log into services like YouTube, etc.

  : The location proximity to historical monuments and eateries was fabulous.Washing machine and kitchenette was great!
  : We received quite a few texts about sending photo id which we werent going to send via email and was highly unusual and when we arrived they were happy to sight and record our passport number only, which was the same as other accommodations. The facilities were a bit run down.
