  : We had a great stay but the room was just a bit dusty with dirty windows. A full length mirror in the room would be great, and hand towels left in the shared bathrooms would be more convenient.

  : Lovely cozy hotel in a great Venice Beach location; central to the beach, bars, restaurants, and with located for public transport. Good breakfast, comfortable room and bed, helpful staff.
  : Would been great to have some drinks/snacks available (honour system works well in other hotels)

  : Really close to the beach. Private house with garden. Cool atmosphere. Old beautiful house.
  : Our room had shared bathroom and it wasn’t very well cleaned. And the shower’s nozzles were frantic, not pleasant at all. Our room wasn’t cleaned every day and there was no coffee during the day, and no fridge. Considering the price I expected more.

  : Felt safe and very intimate which we loved. Very friendly staff. Breakie was wonderful. Comfortable beds.
  : Honestly we loved it. If anything maybe just more lighting in our room as one of the lights wasn’t working. Would definitely stay here again though.

  : We stayed 2 nights and just loved it. I wish I was back. The location, the grounds, the room, the decor, and the service were all awesome! It’s the most beautiful building I’ve stayed in. The croissants for breakfast were delicious as well. There was also a record player playing in the lobby like just so perfect!
  : There was a fair amount of street noise at night even though it’s off the main street. We stayed on a weekend and had the windows open for some lovely California air. The fan provided was in need of a cleaning. There were non hotel guests parked in the tiny lot as well as people just parked really terribly. The hotel employee made sure we could park in a special spot as she must have seen us struggling on the camera and came out which was so sweet and top notch service. Having parking was definitely a plus more than a minus, just could have done without the sketchy parkers.

  : I love this place, it’s charming and homey, feels like a tiny haven in wild Venice. Walking distance to Abbot Kinney (15-20mns), the canals (5 mns), great sushi around the corner.
