  : Spacious. 2 bathrooms. Quiet. Pleasant outlook.
  : There was miscommunication about passport details. I wasnt comfortable sending them via email. They said theyd send a link but didnt. They didnt explain we wouldnt be able to enter the property if we hadnt given passport details. So we stood in the hot sun, tired, on the phone sorting out for 20 mins to get in. Then we missed seeing the sheet of info on front desk as there were people in reception & we went straight up to our room. Suggest you provide the info sheet in each apartment & also tell guests which floor their apartment is on when arriving.

  : Location - the Giudecca retains a sense of local community, with less obvious impact from tourism, and with good shops and restaurants etc. Very spacious apartmentThe wooden floors in this converted old building transmit noise (kiddies and footfall etc) very easily. Apartments 206, 207 and 208 are on the top floor and so relatively immune from this problem. Apartments 204 and 205 are on the middle floor and so noisier in this regard
  : The Openow app was tricky to master - firstly registering guests in time, with some delays for each one, requiring telephone calls to the reception desk at the managing hotel some distance from the apartments (where there is no resident reception desk). Some anxiety about how to gain access if ones phone was stolen, lost, or out of juice. Some sort of direct ?wifi system at the main door to be able to call for help in such circumstances would be reassuring. Insufficient coffee and dishwasher tablets. Instructions for the washing machine and oven would be helpful as they were not easy to understand intuitively. Also, without a tumble dryer the apartment needs a drying rackInsufficient kitchen tools with a blunt kitchen knife which is dangerous. In apartment 205 there is space for an additional island unit, as there is very little working surface space in the current kitchen. This could also function as a breakfast or dinner bar. Difficult to know where to put rubbish if needed before the apartments next scheduled clean.

  : Booked apartment with view but there are metal cage on the outside of the window which ruin the view and can only open one side of the window.

  : There were no vegetable cutting knives, no scissors. Its an apartment and we expected to have the bare minimum tools necessary for cutting when we cook.

  : Its a bit far from the city center and since it does not hold the luggage, can be a bit tiring. They offer to keep the luggage at their other hotel ai reali which was nice

  : Nice flat, good location, not super new, but clean and stylish for a comfortable staying. Kitchen is good for make some easy dish. The house is close to a part of a city where true venecians lives. Honest athmosphere. Easy travel distances to the center and interesting lications. Good local restaurants, true fish and vegie shop and bakery at the near street.
  : We were five. The master bedroom beds was from two pieces. It can be good for some, but I prefer the one bigger bed solution. Kids room bed was a sofa opened. Springs has noise, and would be comfortable a bed (even two). We were totally new at this accomodation. That was a bit strange after paying out the booking fee, we had to pay out the tax in front of the house for getting the opener code why they dont trust the travelleres this much. // anyhow the accomodaton was good really - I recommend to other familes, groups.
