  : Air-conditioning was not working when I booked it we wernt told it wasn't working ,hot water not working at night for a shower it was cold and no jug on arrival as said when I booked had to ask for one and they said we would get it the next day and no cups for tea or coffee only plastic cups which we had to double up due to hot to drink out off , It wasn't was said on the booking .

  : The room did not have cleaning service, change of towels and bed without making the price paid per night of 100 required it. The room was also a little neglected, it needed a coat of paint. We had problems with the shower, it was very difficult to get the hot water out.

  : The property was veryyyyy old. No air conditioning even it was advertised so. Very disappointed for the price we paid.

  : place was close to all places. service person contacting was not very pleasant. In fact he was rude in telling us through text 3-4 times time to check out "was 10am.
  : I just mentioned it above the person calling or texting was rude and very blunt. The pictures of the place did not match where we stayed. Room was very small and no outside view as said on the announcement.

  : The location was great and the price was affordable.
  : Much could have been done to improve the room. The bed was uncomfortable and you rolled very strongly to the center. There was a electric kettle, but no cups. We didnt see staff to ask for cups. No refrigerator was promised, but one would have been nice.

  : location was OK and it was one hotel that had a room for the date, that's why we took it, and that's the only good in 3 days
  : in the 3 days time we were there. no one at front desk, at the door you called a number and they tell you the code to get in, the room key was under the door mat. if there was a problem you had to call one of two phone numbers but was not answered, no one came by to clean the room, make up the bed, some one dropped off towels each day, no heat for room, hot water only in the morning, not sure about the day time, none after 1800. When we arrived about 1800 some one claiming to be from the hotel wanted us to E mail our passports to them, I told them no way will I do that and there is no hot water. the next morning some guy arrived and wanted to copy our passports, some one on a phone handed to me,told me copy the passports or we have to leave the hotel or they will call the police I told him "make the call" we may get the hot water. only after my lady told them get the hot water now or she will call the police about this hotel, did the hot water show up, but as i said not all the time.
