  : Location was perfect, very central and close to the water taxi lines both blue and yellow(Id recommend taking one in and the other out to see all of Venice through the water). The lady that greeted us was amazingly helpful and super kind. The room was big and spacious which made it easy for three of us to enjoy our stay.
  : The facilities themselves were a little old, floors were very noisy from upstairs and the bathtub floors were very dirty, they had black dirt in them so we had to shower with sandals on

  : Shower dirty. Cutlery dirty. Pots and pans dirty. We night bleach and cleaned the bathroomtop floor. 63 steps to haul luggage up and down. Stairs very vertical

  : I loved the location. The apartment was clean. Loved the little kitchen and dining area. The AC was worked great and that was important to me in the summer. Close to many attractions. I felt safe here. I would stay again.
  : Many stairs to climb to get to my apartment (3rd floor). However I saw it as part of my daily workout. LOL. The shower needs little makeover but overall the bathroom was nice.

  : Elena was most helpful communicating with us prior to our arrival with instructions on how best to reach the property after getting off our cruise. She met us at the property and showed us everything and advised us about where a supermarket was, how to choose eateries and the best way to get to the airport on our departure from Venice. The property is in a great location close to San Marco Square with plenty of eateries and shops nearby.
  : There were no toiletries supplied (no hand towels)and kitchen supplies were minimal (no tea towel). You are also expected to dispose of your own garbage which was an unusual request and could be fined for not doing so. Please be aware there are several flights of stairs to take to get to the property. With 2 heavy suitcases and hand luggage this was not an easy task.
