  : The host was very communicative and helpful and provided us with lots of information regarding restaurants and transportation. We loved the water front apartment, quiet area and easy to get to the water taxi.
  : No outdoor area to sit and enjoy the canal view. If we left the door open, mozzies came in. Apartment was quite a walk from main sites but we didn't mind the walk and nice to be in a quieter area.

  : Contact less check in, which is nice. It was a few minutes walk from the academia bridge ferry stop. The place is a little aged but other than that the stay was absolutely fine. The rooms were clean, and we didn't even use the extra lounge room. Plenty of good food around the area within walking distance.
  : Hard to sleep in past 9am as the street cleaners come by to collect rubbish, and people walking by.

  : The location of the property was perfect for us. Just far enough away from the tourists. Some fantastic bar and restaurants close by.
  : We were very disappointed with the apartment. We were hoping to do lots of cooking while staying there but the cooking facilities were very poor and we were unable to do anything we wanted to do. The apartment was very dirty and needs much needed maintenance. Having cleaning products all around the apartment and even a pair of stepladders in the bedroom is not very inviting for a romantic stay. There were broken tiles all over the bathroom floor which were covered over with a dirty rug. There was a dirty cleaning cloth hanging up in the shower which was disgusting! And to top it all of there was a blood stained pillow on bed. A 5pm check in time is not very good. Considering the lack of cleaning they do between guests.

  : The place is got a lovely view , very quiet area . The most great thing about it is close all landmarks by walking distances .
  : One small think maybe the host need to improve in the future is the bed in the first room . However is not bad at all .
