  : Host was brilliant - helped me get the right ferry to the apartment, met me at the jetty and ensured everything was fine in the place. Also provided some recommendations which proved to be spot on. Apartment was ideal size for 5 adults and one child. Facilities excellent - genuinely excellent.
  : Connecting to the wifi was a bit of a challenge (some devices don't deal with QR codes very well).

  : Location was good, but the appartment was in a very poor state. We had to ask for towels as some were missing and there were no wine glasses and a few odd larger glasses. The shower was broken and there were no welcome items at all. A few items to start would be good, a dishwasher tablet or cloth to wash up, soap in the toilet etc would be a good idea.
  : The state of the appartment and the communication prior to checking in was very poor. We did not receive any replies to our messages regarding checkin, until the morning of our arrival. The shower was broken and the terrace was only good for drying washing! With some care, and some thought, this could be an excellent property

  : The only thing that I think was overlooked was the cigarette buts on the balcony that was not removed

  : Large apartment adequate size for 4-6 guests. Quiet neighbourhood within a short walk of vaporetto stop/s and key attractions.
  : Electric kept going off with only few things in use. Air conditioning only in lounge/kitchen and hallway - not in bedrooms so have to keep doors open at night to benefit. 2 double rooms have an adjoining door which means can hear one another when trying to sleep. Outside space not very inviting. Communication with staff sometimes confusing and not as friendly as would hope for. Property definitely needs some maintenance work to bring it up to the standard the photos suggest.

  : Excellent and accessible location in a quiet neighborhood. Reasonable price. Roomy enough for our whole group. Communicative host. Plenty of bedding to stay warm. The perfect stay for Carnevale!

  : Ants in the bathroom & bedroom couldnt find timeclock to turn heating on so apt was cold.

  : The location was perfect. It wasn't in a crowded area but still close to restaurants and stores. Getting to the place was easy. The villa was nice and comfortable
  : A/C unit not being in the bedrooms so the rooms were a little warm.
