  : No sign of apartment , Difficult to find if you are not local and have a lot of big baggages and walk on stone cross many bridges , come very far from venice .The key of room is not work , difficult to open , lift is not floor to door , have many stairs before door , it is room under the roof , its not penhouse , its not good for rest because bed is so small , is not good for sleep , No view . Bathroom is not work .Environment is not ok for woman or kid . Tv can not open and so small .

  : The place was really clean. Lot of space. 2 bathrooms. Many windows with naturalLight. Modern furniture. Host very kind. I will be back there if available.
  : TV is small but who go to Venice to see TV The address is not correct/exact better to give more detail or pictures at booking of the location of it. Add light at the stairs.

  : a beautiful apartment with great amenities and a good location for us because it was awayfrom the crowds that occupied the area south of the Rialto Bridge. A short walk through a few alleyways and you are right in the little village of Sa'Stae with a grocery store a wonderful bakery and coffee shop a great place for snacks and a glass of wine and about five very good restaurants to choose from. It was a 7 to 10 minute walk from the Vaporetta stop
  : we were on the top floor and while this is an elevator building, they somehow forget to tell you that the elevator does not go to the top floor. It stops one floor below so you have to walk about 20 steps up to the apartment. If you are traveling with heavy suitcases and you haven't been to the gym lately you might find it a little difficult. It's definitely not a dealbreaker but it's something that a renter should be aware of so that s/he can make up his or her own mind.

  : The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a water taxi from the airport directly to the small piazza outside the apartment for 130 which turned out to be the standard fayre. They also were happy to bring additional pillows on request.The apartment is on the top floor and was clean, spacious and well represented by the photos. The location is pleasant, fairly quiet compared to some areas of Venice. Once we figured out the best route (via Rialto market) we could walk to Rialto bridge in about 10 minutes.
  : My preference would be for a softer pillow, but really nothing to dislike about the apartment or the staff.

  : Both Aline and Laura were extremely helpful before and during my stay. The flat was in a perfect location, it was exactly what we needed and in a gorgeous little square only a short
  : The flat was noisy at night, certainly not the fault of the hosts but the neighbours were loud. Although there was air conditioning in the flat, the English instructions were not very good for the instructions so we couldn't work it. Very small issues, the flat was great!

  : Excellent location in a neighbourhood with a local vibe. Good caf, bakery, osteria and a shop nearby, everything you need to get your holiday started. Vaporetto stops are also near and the main attractions are also close enough to reach by walking. The staff were helpful and fairly easy to reach. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it easy to share the apartment with friends.
  : We basically liked everything but want to mention a few points that might be helpful to others: -There is an elevator that fits only one person with luggage. The elevator doesn't take you directly to the right floor, there are still some stairs to climb. This should be noted if travelling with small kids or if one has disabilities. -The twin beds in the other room felt a little small

  : There was plenty of room and all the convenience we required at a reasonable price.
  : No coffee cups, only 3 water glasses, and we were charged an extra $50 cash upon arrival by our host for late check in that was unexpected. I did not see that information at any point during or after the booking and were told told by the host it was "clearly" marked on the website which I an still unable to find as I search. We had a difficult time getting to the island and over to the correct area with our luggage. We met our host at 20:13 and were told we needed to pay him an additional $50 cash for being late. In addition, the host didn't offer to assist in helping even my small child with carrying luggage up the multiple flights of stairs. He was informative but it's wasn't a good host experience.
