: Nice spacious apartments in a quiet place (no tourists around). Pretty close to main attractions. Well equipped kitchen. From one side of the apartmens there is a view to the small bridge and channel, from another - to cozy garden.Only Venetians live around.
: It would be nice if salt and pepper and mosquito repellent will be available ).

: Location, Wi-fi. Quite quiet although located next to bridge & canal so not very quiet.
: Management company meant different check-in location away from property - very awkward when you have luggage to deal with (and office was difficult to find) - on and off water taxis as property was not close to offices. Plenty of information from management company though. Property was smaller than expected but ok for just a couple of days, wouldn’t like a long stop there. It was clean but a bit ‘used’. Probably wouldn’t go there again.

: Firstly, When you get to Venice and book into these apartments, please take into account that you will get lost finding your apartment! The staff just give you the keys, you have to pay for your own water taxi to get to the other side of the island. The directions is so unclear! When you get off the water taxi, there is no one to assist and show you how to get to the apartment, its like a maze!! Very ridiculous that none of their staff can guide you! Secondly, we took both apartments and the photos is very misleading! The 6 sleeper is so small, aircons did not work and it was very hot!! Also had a funny smell! The apartment was dirty and no decent, clean blankets, sheets etc. for the sleeper couch! Thirdly, the 4 sleeper apartment was nice, actually much bigger than the 6 sleeper! but also NO descent, clean bedding for the sleeper couch, its not like we travel with our own blankets etc. make sure that is clean and neat!! The photos that they use on their website is from the 4 sleeper apartment and not the 6 sleeper!
