  : It was good to have a bit more space while traveling with a kitchen, dining, living and separate bedroom.
  : The air conditioners leak water. The one in the bedroom was leaking so much water ran half way across the floor. The shower also leaks, every time we used the rain hood water went under the toilet and bidet so we had to keep putting towels down. Fridge door needs fixing.

  : Good location in a local neighborhood in Castello. Recently renovated, the apt was comfortable and clean. The shower and bathroom were very good. Easy access to waterbus stop (Giardini Biennale). 5 min walk to Via Garibaldi where there are lots of restaurants, supermarket and other amenities, and not as many tourists. Lovely park nearby, a rare sight in Venice. A wonderful place to come home to after the hustle and bustle of a day exploring Venice!
  : A suggestion if you have luggage - get off at Giardini Biennale water bus stop. Its a long walk with luggage from either San Marco or San Zaccariah stops

  : One of the main shower wasnt working so we had to adjust with hand shower.

  : Very clean and tidy. Location was excellent. Great host with excellent information.
  : We could hear children running on the floor upstairs late at night when we were trying to sleep.
