  : The staff was excellent - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the city (when we asked). We so appreciated all the little things they did to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the elevator to the 1st floor, as we had lots of luggage. Our room - and the property - was spotless.
  : Location was a bit off the beaten path and the restaurants we tried in the square were meh. Breakfast was okay - not great.

  : The location was great, breakfast was tasty and varied, the place was pretty clean in general, reception staff and cleaners were quite nice and always tried to be helpful.
  : Just so you are aware, if you want to leave a luggage after checkout, it is possible, but it will be left behind a curtain in a corridor next to reception that is sometimes left unattended.The room was quite small for 3 people but the worst thing was one of the beds. We had selected the option of 3 single beds, but in reality, there turned out to be 2 standard single beds and 1 foldup camp-bed. Unfortunately, that third bed was very short (too short, even for a short adult), and most importantly, it was extremely uncomfortable. I could feel every single rung of the bed pressing against my back. For the first night, I slept for a maximum of two hours on and off. As a result, I woke up exhausted and with bad back pain. We complained to the reception staff and they changed a mattress which I must admit made it slightly better but still not comfortable... it was a bit thicker and longer but became wobbly. It is a petty that such a thing ruined our overall experience at a hotel that seemed to have such a high potential. In addition, we tried to report the issue and complain about it via the app, but the customer service we received online was... let's say not up to European standards.

  : The entrance foyer to the hotel is beautiful. The room was massive and clean (our room was upgraded for free)! The chap at check in was friendly (and hilarious). The hotel is a short 12 minute walk to where we caught the water bus (Zattere) to go back to the airport. The hotel is in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants near by. We didnt stay for breakfast as we had to leave early morning so I cant comment on that.
  : The beds were two singles pushed together which I always find annoying. At night, because there are bars and restraints nearby, it can be a little noisy but that didnt really bother us. Other than that, nothing.

  : The best location, easy walking from and to the station as well as the central attractions of the city, on a lovely and friendly square with many families walking and visiting in the evening. Cafes, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. A short walk to see the sunrise at the Academy Bridge or sunset along the Zattere. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, kind staff.
  : Nothing- all was great for our family.
