  : The location was perfect for our trip. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. The hotel also offered a complimentary dinner with our stay and the restaurant was exceptional.
  : The sign to the hotel was small and hard to spot.

  : Disaster, Disappointment, Very Bad and Very Dirty, Too much insects , and got insect bites, room is very Dirty, walls have some wet condensation due to that insects eggs are laying in the wet walls. Terrace Very Dirty, Doors and cabinets are old. Very Bad experience. Do not believe in the photos it's completely the opposite.

  : This little hotel was located central in Venice with only a short walk from the station. Sat on one of the small canals it was picturesque outside. We were greeted by a friendly Italian lady who although apologised for her English, made herself completely understood (better than my poor Italian). Our room was up a short flight of stairs and it looked so traditional and beautiful, we could tell we were in Italy. It was clean with our own bathroom and facilities. There weren't any views, but we knew this when booking and just stepping outside had all the views we needed.
  : Evening meal was included in our stay, at a restaurant close to the station. The food was good with plenty of choice and the staff were friendly but the restaurant itself had no character and was hidden down a little street, so in that way perhaps I would not have chosen myself. My husband likened it to a truck-stop caf.

  : The location was perfect. Walking distance to every place we went to. We were dropped off via bus from Marco Parlo airport, then walked from bus depot to our room. Walked from our room to Port for our cruise. Our room had the canal view. Spacious room. Nest and clean. They were kind enough to let us store our luggage for the day while we did sightseeing.
  : Visible black mould on ceiling above shower.
