  : The staff were all amazing - reception/ cleaning/ restaurant. So kind and helpful. Makes a huge difference. The room was old school decorated which we liked, not fancy but we thought it was charming. We booked a superior room and it was on the small side for us as we had a toddler but we were out most of the day so it didnt matter and you cant beat the location. Our toddlers bed was beautifully made and set up - we have stayed in a number of hotels and no bed was as well made as this for our baby boy with a lovely little blanket and pillow! I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to couples. It just had a lovely atmosphere and the photos are true to life. No airbrushing - what you see it what you get. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  : Very nice staff and a good breakfast. The room we had was comfortable and felt warm. I wished we could stay another day in this hotel but unfortunately it was fully booked.

  : Convenient place to stay not far from main attractions. Staff helpful. Rooms small but clean, ok for a short stay. Easy to get too, parked car on Tronchetto and hopped on boat nr 2 which stops in front of the hotel
  : Had the room on the back, not too romantic! Rooms on front seem to be larger with nice views.
