  : Great location, 15 min from station along Strada Nuova and 15 mins from all main attractions. This is the best thing about the hotel. The room was small but clean and overall ok. Staff was nice.
  : I booked during a very high peak so I paid an outrageous rate for the quality of the hotel, which is also poor planning on my side. I ended up in the first room up the stairs from reception, so I could hear anyone talking downstairs as if they were just outside my door. I was also unlucky to get a neighbour who snored, and the sound insulation is nonexistent so I felt like he was literally in the room with me. Breakfast was included, but quality and variety is poor.

  : Great location. All major attractions are within walking distance. Please note that there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage to your room. On arrival we were "upgraded" due to 3 persons staying in the room. We were in room 102 (first floor) with canal view. The room was spacious and well appointed. Note that you are on the water so there are mosquitoes. It wasn't terrible, but I prefer fresh air and therefore had the windows open during the late afternoons/mornings. Mosquito repellant is provided. Bring cream if you do tend to get bitten to avoid the itch. The food in the morning was perfect. Perfect selection of a continental breakfast with coffee from the machine - magic! Breakfast is only served from 07:45 am, although there is a bit of a selection available earlier if you have an earlier tour booked. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which offers discounts on their foods. We never tried it but it was busy with locals so must be a favourite. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel.
