: - The flat is located near the Biennale gardens, so it's rather out of the way of the most touristy places in Venice. For me, this is an advantage because you avoid the crowds and the tourist restaurants and, in any case, Venice is beautiful everywhere.- What's more, the flat is 6 minutes from a vaporetto stop that serves many places, including the station directly. In the neighbourhood, there is a large grocery shop and restaurants.- The owner of the flat was very friendly and greeted us as we got off the boat and accompanied us to the flat, recommending places to eat.- The flat itself is pleasant.
: - The soundproofing from the street doesn't seem to be very effective but it's not very busy so it's fine.

: The host is very kind and really helpful. He takes notes of your requests and gives you individual touch. The location is just GREAT. Max. 15 minutes walk from the busy center and you are immersed in local, cosy, Italian and Venetian atmosphere. With the transportation daily cards - you can use vaporetto (water tram) from the stop 5 minutes walk from the apartment and easily get to any point on Canale Grande or other islands. Very convenient. The recommendations for the restaurants from the host were very helpful. Delicious food!

: We liked the neighbourhood. Far enough from busy tourist's streets , but close enough to reach all attractions by foot. Nice restaurants, grocery store and bars. Host was easy assessable via Whatsap.

: The host kindly informed us of the directions to get to the apartment prior to our arrival and organised a meeting place to show us to the apartment. He was very friendly, informative and provided us with all the details for a comfortable stay. He was also on hand for any assistance or questions we needed throughout our stay. The apartment was equipment with everything we needed. I would recommend anyone staying in this apartment for a visit to Venice.
