  : The breakfast was very nice, the location perfect ( came for the biennale) and the overall ambiance was very pleasant. The hostess the nicest!

  : Breakfast was good, with a lot of choices, the room had canal view and the location was pretty quiet
  : Value for money was bad overall. I think Venice is a must see place but almost everything is overpriced. The room was medium to low range but 170 euros/night is too much. There was an A/C that was not working, it was too noisy during the breakfast and all rooms are close that area. I also didnt like that we were told to go and find an ATM to get cash, in the city center, because daily rates for the hotel were 4 euros per person and bank transfer was not supported..

  : The area was near a park away from the tourist trap. Since not everyone likes the crowded places everyday.

  : The apartment area isnt particularly populated with tourist attractions. (I am guessing that is the native's quarters)

  : Very nice, clean, b&b, extremely friendly staff, good breakfast, superb location (Giardini). Eye for cultural detail in the interior decoration, this is excellent hospitality.

  : Very nice location if you want to attempt the Biennale. You are also in a calm and charming neighborhood. The room are big, well equipped, breakfast is good too (for a 3 rooms hotel).
  : They use way to much perfume! The sheets smell washing powder very strong, and they have in each room those sticks giving constant perfume. It gave me headaches.
