  : Both very good.
  : Several things were in a poor state of repair: locks on entrance doors; loose/cracked toilet seat in bathroom; wobbly chairs with rips in the upholstery. The owner should maintain things like this better.

  : Excellent central location in Venice. Close to San Marco, Doges Palazzo and beautiful canals. Our room overlooked a canal and we could watch gondolas and see lovely little bridges. The room had all required facilities and was a good size for centre of Venice. Very clean, good breakfast.
  : Just a room, no other facilities except small breakfast room.

  : The location was excellent, very close to lovely shops, restaurants and St Mark Square. The room looks out on a canal and we enjoyed watching the gondolas riding past our window. We loved our stay and can really recommend it.

  : Excellent location that made our Venice experience even better. The gondolas are literally passing by under the room's windows. It is located on a very scenic "crossroad" of canals and it is really fun to just sit by the window and watch what's going on. St. Mark's square is just short walk away, so most of the best sights are nearby.
  : The bed was just two mattresses on top of a borderless frame that were constantly sliding and the overall feel is that you can fall on the ground while you are sleeping. This lack of fixed position made them bend in strange ways, which was not comfortable at all.
