  : - The Location was ok (in a quite place but still near to bars and restaurants) - The kitchen was ok
  : We took this apartment because on the photos it looks great, but the reality was different. - The toilet bowl was already brooken when we arrived. Seemend like it wasn't checked or repaired before we come. I've contacted the staff immediatly and asked them what we can do about that. They told us that the maintenance staff can come and fix it. Meanwhile we repaired it by ourself. But it was still not that fixed, so we had to repair it a few times during our stay there. Has to be a new one definetly - Dirty, for example hair haning up the celling - Smells like mold from time to time - All 3 problems were mentioned to the staff. Nothing was done or offered about it (just heard one sorry but nothing more, also only got an answer afte i wrote an Mail, didnt got any response to my first request via Whatsapp) - The ,,blanket'' was so awful. It was like an cover that was wrapped into white blanket. So when the white blanket was off you saw the ugly cover blanket, that looked old so made us fell very uncomfortable - Heard hardly everything from the neighbourd upstairs (every time when they used the toilet flush) + time to time it started to stink (seems like there had been canals unter us, so when the toilet was flushed it sometimes begin to smell). All in one - one of our worst stays. We dont feel comfortable at all and tried to be as less as possible there. Also didn't got any support from the team to change the problems. Unfortunetly I can't recommend it.

  : Well appointed spacious living room and bedroom with plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed
  : The bathroom is small with a broken washing machine taking up space and a very small shower.There was no lighting on the stairs and there were no handrails in parts.The hanging rail in the wardrobe is very high up so difficult to use if youre not tall!

  : We loved that this apartment was in a quiet part of Venice. There were many cafes and restaurants within just a few minutes. Saint Marks square was only about a 15 minute walk away. There was a Vaporetto stop a couple minutes away. There is a small washing machine which was wonderful to have. The staff sent out a welcome letter prior to check in that explained the self check in, and has really useful information about the apartment and the check out expectations. Staff responded quickly to any questions and/or concerns.
  : It was really little. We were traveling with our 18 year old son and we would have been more comfortable with a larger space. Hes 6 feet tall and he couldnt turn around in the shower because his shoulders are too broad There was only A/C in the bedroom and it wasnt strong enough to cool the living room/kitchen area so it was very hot in there most of the time. But there was a portable fan that we could move around to get air circulating. The button on the wall to flush the toilet was broken. Luckily the panel covering the button was also broken, so we took the panel off and then we could push the button and it would flush. I did message the host about those two issues and she assured me they would check into them after we checked out. Hopefully they get fixed soonAlso, prior to check in, we were sent a confirmation of our accommodations with photos. In the photos the kitchen clearly has an oven, but there was no oven in our apartment. Thats ok though. It was too hot to cook!
