  : Kitchen towels would be handy as well as wine glasses. We were provided 3 options to pay direct to premises on arrival 1. Cash 2. Direct Credit to premises bank 3. By credit card with Sumup reader. Cash needs someone on site or reception - there was no one on site during our whole time there. Direct credit needs some bank details provided - they were not provided prior to arrival. I have never used a Sumup card reader without a vendor representative present, so I did not use that option. Basically, there were no satisfactory options to pay 9n arrival. I paid after using the premises after I contacted the premises representative by phone to get international bank ID details.

  : There was only one portal Air conditioner that too had its pipe broken so the hot air also stayed in.But it was matter of 2 days so we didnt bother the owner.
