  : Location was good, not in the busy centre so nice and quiet with some nice restaurants around. Close to the sea taxi drop off so didnt have far to carry our cases. The main bed was comfy and the heating was great. Overall a great location and would recommend staying there.
  : My daughters slept on the pull out bed which wasnt comfy for them and could have done with a quilt rather than sheets and blankets. The main door downstairs kept being left open by people staying in the other apartments, which we felt a little worrying.

  : The location was great with a lot of eateries around and supermarket was nearby too. Room was comfortable and everything works fine.
  : Should provide an electric kettle as it was a hassle to boil water in a kettle with a steel handle thats hot to the touch.

  : The location was great, in the very heart of Venice. The apartment was clean and reasonably spacious.
  : We were constantly bombarded by the messages from the apartment management people, which was rather annoying when one wants to spend a relaxing holiday. They wanted to collect the city tax in cash, because it wasn't supposedly included in what we had paid through booking.com. We left them the money in the keybox, as requested, which they subsequently confirmed they received. When we politely asked them to provide a receipt and the change they blatantly lied that they had done so. There was no change or a receipt to be found in the keybox.They also wanted to visit the apartment during our stay to attend to a phantom valve problem.The apartment itself was fine, apart from a couple of things.When there are people in the apartment above you can hear them walking on your ceiling.It would have also been nice to have an ironing board.

  : Location of the apartment is fantastic, we had a great time there. Beds are comfy and apartment is a goid size. Also its very quiet so good night sleep guaranteed.
  : kitchen had a kettle which had a very hot metal handle. My elderly father Assumed that it doesn't get hot and grabbed it and burned his hand badly. No kitchen towels to hold the kettle or dry the dishes. Also when you pour the hot water from the kettle the steem goes all over your hand. Please change the kettle. A hook for the towell in a shower room would be great, also a mirror in a bathroom. Little things, but it would make life a bit easier. Also a note was left on the table saying that there is a gift for us, i assumed might have been a bottle of wine, as often happens, but there was no gift. So better not leave a note. Would be nice as my parents had their 50th wedding universary. I also asked for earlier check in as we were arriving early in the morning and never got any reply. Otherwise I loved the apartment and would come back again.

  : Equipment of the kitchen is good.
  : No communication. Wrong telephone number. Nobody picked up/not switched on. Desperately tried to find place at 34 with 2 tired child, for 1 our. Email with details arrived at the next morning. I don't appreciate such an attitude, especially at COVID crisis time. Poorly furnitured. No surfaces.

  : The location was not good for the family and especially when you have children under 3 or 4 and you take them with a stroller, there are lots of stairs from the train station to the apartment and it makes you uncomfortable. The sofa bed was very much uncomfortable for children, and was not usable.

  : Check in process is very complicated cause the address which can not be found on google map and the apartment didnt answer on booking .Very lacking of kitchen cooking and cleaning materials.
