  : The apartment was very central, clean and comfortable
  : The only small issue we had is we couldnt operate the heat. We had slightly cooler temperatures for end of April and were not able to turn on the heat

  : The staff were very accomodating because we were coming in late and would be outside check in hours. I appreciated them waiting for us. Location was good too.
  : We only had 1x hot shower for the duration of our 3 night stay. There was always cold water. This was raised with the staff which did try to fix this but unfortunately every time we tried it was cold. The aircon didnt work the first night so it was quite warm inside but the staff did fix this after I raised it. Upon arrival of check in I was asked to meet a staff and call the other staff to confirm the check in but no one was there and no one was picking up. We stayed up for 30-40 minutes just in case but didnt hear anything back so just went to bed.

  : The property was clean and Lara was exceptionally helpful.
  : There was no lift - carrying bags up 2 floors was difficult

  : The location directly in the centre only a few metres by feet to the Rialto Bridge or the San Marco Plaza is exceptional.
  : Smoking in the Patio was allowed, that was for us a problem, as the smoke came into our room through open windows.
