  : Great location, host really helpful and attentive - housed our family of 5 really well. Location really close to the car and train terminal for Venice! Very homely and would recommend for families who want somewhere nice, clean and affordable to stay
  : Breakfast availability next door at hotel would have been fantastic! But understandable as its a different hotel

  : I loved the location. I loved two rooms so my sister and I could sleep in different rooms. I loved the old building.
  : mosquito net screens on the windows so we could leave them open, rather than just using the air-conditioning all the time.

  : Loved the location, the thrill of staying in our own Venetian palazzo. Perfect for our family of four with all we needed, including fantastic air conditioning to keep the August heat at bay. The bed in the double room was also extremely comfortable.

  : 1.Aircon - centrally controlled. Worked for first 2 days. After that, owner gave excuse of water cooling and did not respond even after we complained still not cold enough. Became unbearable one night due to heat later in the night. 2.Hot Water - hot throughout very good. 5.Beds very good quality. 7.Apartment upgraded to 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms.
  : 3.Drinking Water - bottled water not supplied 4.Kitchen Facilities - basic supplies only. No oil provided for cooking. 6.Apartment on top floor. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs.
