  : We loved our stay in Venice. The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to all the major attractions but also far enough away to feel less crowded. The apartment is small but easily accommodates a couple and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the little balcony overlooking the street.

  : Location was great, very close to St. Marks Square.
  : Our flight arrived around 9pm so we had to do a self-check in. This wouldn't have been an issue if the instructions given to us by the host had been correct and detailed. The instructions should have told us to take a bus and once at the bus port in Venice to get the key near by. Instead we followed the directions to the apartment which was correct, there was a lockbox on the door, however did not belong to our accomodation. We proceeded to then walk 1.7km to the other location given to us (with our bags) only to find out the pinned location was not where the lock box was either. After contacting the host, we then got sent another location which was another 1km away. At this point we had ended up at the bus port and at this point my partner left me sitting with our bags while he ran around trying to find it. The instructions the host gave us was 'park' so he went looking for a park, only to turn out it was near a 'parking garage'. After all this, we then had to walk another 2.2km to get back to the apartment which we did not arrive till well after midnight. This was completely frustrating and absolutely ridiculous that the lockbox is in a completely different location to the accomodation, especially when correct instructions were not provided. Just an FYI for anyone booking that will have to do a self-check in.

  : Excellent locationSign on side of building didnt beat any resemblance to the address we had, photo shows the actual name of street
  : Sink in bathroom not good water came out at a trickle and plug wasnt working, did report so hopefully will be fixed. Shower was good.
