  : Location was very good, close to convenience store and coffee shops/bars. Water bus stop close by but could quite easily walk to main areas.
  : Second bedroom was spacious but you had to crawl around to get to cupboard spaces. Electric sockets were sparse, one near bed so only one bedside light could be used of the two provided. The upstairs is also quite dark with poor lighting, it could have been the bulbs had gone or were not working though. Overall it didn't affect our stay.

  : It is a good apartment.
  : Its quite far from the center of the city. Booking.com should recalibrate what they think as the centre of the city. This property was 30 mins away from the centre. To carry the bags and walk to this property from a boat station is pretty difficult. The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better. Also the supplies in the apartment was poor. Its like they just gave you the apartment and you will literally have to bring everything on your own. We got a 50 ml shower lotion for a family of 3 for 3 days and to our surprise when we looked for towels it wasnt even there. We had to call someone and they took 2 hours to bring it. This place would be good if you want to stay far away from everything there is in Venice. Also the pictures are deceiving, we didnt see any terrace in this apartment.

  : We like the location of the flat and that it was very quite at night times. A great position to explore the Eastern parts of Venice and the biennale area. The beds in the main bedroom were comfortable, WLAN worked fine at all times and the flat itself was spacious enough for the 3 of us. The directions for entering the flat via number pad and key locker were clear.
  : We booked the room with river and sea views but you can only see the river from the window in the bed room, the others were orientated towards buildings.The appartment needs some attention: the plaster is peeling off in the kitchen area, the shower once must have had sliding doors, now the opening is covered with a plastic curtain on cable bindings, on the sofa bed you can feel the metal cross bar when lying down and the flush button for the toilet was half broken. The cover blankets for the beds had some stains and the shower cabin showed some mould around the base.

  : Expensive, not clean on arrival ( see photos) unhelpful staff. No basic like tea towels or small pan. Toaster didnt work. Microwave no instructions. No outside space. Photos deceptive. Down dark alley poor lighting.

  : On our arrival, there was no key, had to wait for cleaner to bring the keys and our apartment was given to someone else. We had stay in different apartment for 1 night. Despite their mistake, they did not even offer 1 hour late check out, had to leave the apartment at 10 am. Client service is so unsatisfactory, worst experience...
