: Property was clean and smart. Had everything you would need for a short stay in Venice. Short walk to Arsenale, shops and restaurant just around the corner.
: Communal hallway was not very nice and the street outside was very residential and a bit run down.

: Be careful!!!Honestly I do not understand how I ended accepting this property policies. They even contacted me days before arrival of having the luck to change my apartment because they had other options. i did not accept changing apartment. Apart from prepayment which is something unusual with booking, turns out they wanted a stay guarantee of 200euros. Its ok because it was written in the purchase moment, very hidden but was there. The problem is they wanted a picture of credit card to block the amount. no site, no paypal, just credit card pic. The amount was unblocked 10 days after checkout, buuut laterit turns out my credit card was having unauthorized by me purchases on apple. I had to block my card, contact apple support it has never happened to me in 4 years having that card, but immediately after guarantee stay was done.

: clean and spacious for a family of three. comfortable and clean.
: Lots of paper and directions in order to find keys and then the apartment. That can be a bit daunting. Then extra rules upon arrival related to garbage collection and sorting with significant fees for not doing it.

: The appartement was very comfortable. Goods beds, bathroom, full kitchen., very clean and very calm!!
: Garbage system: it is up to the guest to put it out in very particular hours and days . Fortunately , as our end of voyage was on sunday, we could not do it. So host was OK to keep it inside on the flat.

: There were two sets of keys available to us, just in case we accidentally locked the key in when we closed the door. Heating was available - which was good because it got quite chilly in the evenings Location was good - in quiet side of town
: There could be some basic provisions upon arrival like milk, coffee and tea bags, or maybe offer it as an option?
