  : The 2 flats together make a very spacious four bedroom appartment extremely well decorated and comfortable for 8 people. Good air conditioned (important in August), well equipped kitchen (there are 2). It is in a very quiet street, but 15 minutes walking from St Marcos Square, it makes it really special in summer nights. Good location as well if you are interested in visiting the Bienalle. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away with only 1 bridge to cross. All in all a very nice place to come back and recommend.
  : Our arrival was terrible. We didnt have written instructions on how to get to the flat and we followed the map from booking (which is completely wrong). We ended up getting lost for more than 30min at 40 carrying our suitcases! At the end, the flat was only 2 minutes away from the vaporetto stop! We complained and they were kind and sent us a bottle of wine. Be very careful to wait at the vaporetto station for someone to take you to the flat!! They advertise that pets are allowed. The week before we went, we asked to take a small dog to the flat and it was not allowed. Maybe we should have asked before, but that meant that one of our friends could not come. The flat is on top of a kindergarten playground. We were lucky that we did not have any noise because in was August.

  : Hard to find upon arrival. A more clear, marked location on a screenshot Google map would hace helped, also in explaining the adress to others in the group.Would also have been great with clearly marked closest grocery store on a map, essential when you stay in an apartment and need to buy water etc. Would have been great to get recommended water taxi number and how to explain the best pickup / drop off.Like everywhere in Venice, mosquitos! Bring your mosquito spray and limit open window time with lamps on etc..

  : This is a superb apartment in a quiet part of Venice. On the map it looks a long way from the centre, but in Venice nothing is very far and it only takes about 13 minutes to walk to St Mark's Square. Be aware though this walk (and virtually any other in Venice) involves a lot of bridges with steps, so you need to be reasonably mobile. The property is within very easy reach of small shops, cafes, bars and restaurants but once you are back home it's really quiet apart from the church bells! It's beautifully appointed, configured as a large small and a small apartment which are linked by stairs, the small apartment is self-contained, but people can easily just sleep there and use the large apartment for socialising and eating. Altogether there are two bathrooms and an ensuite, and the kitchen and lounge are very well equipped. It's not especially cheap but you get a lot for your money and it's highly recommended.
  : The only negative thing is the water pressure. It's difficult to take a shower if, eg, someone else is running a bath. Not a great nuisance unless you all want to wash at the same time!
