  : Clean Rooms Spacious Clean Bathroom Amenties was great. I dont understand people who give bad reviews. The apartment was great and highly recommended.

  : Everything was prepared and the instructions, to check in and find the apartment, provided on the site was accurate. The room itself was quite small but nice and clean. Beds were good and the kitchenette convenient. Landlord very responsive. When the hot water dissapeared, it took 5 minutes to send out a helper.
  : Really bad sound-proofing, it felt like the people in the street outside were actually walking through the apartment. McDonalds backdoor just outside with a lot of noisy activity.

  : - Location is fantastic (Strada Nova). Not too inside the streets. You're basically on the main street with easy access to cafes, restaurants, grocery store co-op, mcds, literally all the shops! Rialto bridge is also very close by. Its a really good middle point to explore Venice in each direction! A gondola and water bus stop right across too. - It has a lot of sleeping options! A double bed in master bedroom, a single bed in second small room, a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed.
  : - The location of the apartment is different to what is advertised. The advert is of the main hotel where you collect your keys from and they will let you know the apartment location. Although this was stated in the description, it really was a bummer because the location ended up being in the opposite direction to where we wanted (we wanted to be close to the station). I hope they remove this to stop misleading customers. - The facilities were terrible. The gas stove didnt light itself so had to use a lighter. There is no microwave. The fridge wasnt cool enough so we couldnt store anything. The boiler cupboard position makes it difficult to use the sink. The aircon didnt cool properly and is only in the living room so the 2 bedrooms dont get anything! The shower head fixture was broken so the head kept sliding down meaning you had to hand hold shower. Wifi connection was very poor. - There is an Irish Pub just outside which brought in a lot of noise at night as well rubbish!- The apartment we got was on first floor so the stairs were manageable. There is no lift. - The position of the building is as such you don't get any sunlight! The living room windows open to opposite building and the master bedroom opens to the back of other buildings and somebodys kitchen on the ground floor! The window in the images are definitely of an apartment on the higher floor. - Cleaner comes daily to empty rubbish and replace towers etc. However it was a bit scary to see they entered our apartment after we didnt open the door on the first knock!!
