Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Great location to access the city, clean bedroom and bathroom, air conditioning, easy instructions to gain access to the room, close to bus/train. I would stay here again.
  : Bathroom was roomy and clean, but the shower was small (as can be expected in these old buildings). It was fine to use but I wouldn't recommend for someone with large build.

  : Great location, 7 minutes away from the main bus and train terminal and 15 minute walk to Rialto bridge. Close to lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. The apartment was very big, with a king sized bed. Bathroom had heated floors and was big. Towels, hai dryer and shampoo was available. Wifi was working without problems. The check-in was easy via online check-in and the staff prepared us well with their messages for the arrival.
  : The staircase is small, but luckily we only had backpacks. Be prepared if you bring a big suitcase that it will be difficult.

  : Self chek-in was easy, I stayed for one night so it was ok.
  : A little bit far away from the center walked about 20-25 min. Bathroom was not very clean, there were hair on the floor.

  : Room was clean and tidy. Location was good. Relatively cheap.
  : No service for checking bags pre-checkin.No reception.This is basically an air BNB pretending to be a hotel and not offering any hotel services.Bed was very hard and gave me aches in the morning. Seems to be common in Italy but still an issue.

  : The facility is pretty old, bathroom floods very easily, no ventilation, hot water stops periodically.

  : Location was great - right in the middle of Venice. Within walking distance to all central spots.
  : Advertisement for the room was extramely misleading. It was a tiny room with lack of sunlight. There was no lift in the building (nothing in the booking stated this) so had to carry large bags up three flights of stairs. the shower was really run down and the door didn't close properly resulting in lots of water on the floor.

  : The kitchen smell from the restaurant inside the building and in the yard when you want to breathe some fresh air was disgusting.The bathroom got flooded twice because of a light rainshower. The ceiling is very low in the bathroom so you cant stand without bending if you are Someone big (I had the room in the third floor). There is a exhaust pipe poorly sealed with a stuffed towel in the room. And it didnt feel very clean, although the bathroom was cleaned ok.It is way to expensive for this quality. The contact with the staff was easy and friendly but they didnt want to switch rooms telling me it is not possible even although I was staying a week and saw on the doors (arrivals of new guests are printed out) that it indeed was possible. after the bathroom got flooded two days in a row they didnt offer any refund and started ignoring my mails.The only thing that I was offered with was a cancellation after three days - so instead of helping me, they transferred the responsibility to find a solution fully on me. but it was impossible to find an alternative in Venice so fast. - but I would really be better off by switching hotels.Dont go there. Its not worth the money.

  : It would be nice to have a refrigerator and a kettle with tea in the room. At night it can be noisy from strolling people, but it didn't bother me personally, I use earplugs. Who does not use earplugs, you need to keep the night noise factor in mind.
