  : The outside exterior was beautiful, as were the gardens surrounding it. it was located in a scenic, charming area in northern Vermont. My bed was very comfortable.
  : There was no one to carry our luggage into the inn,& worse, no one to help us drag it up a steep flight of stairs. The breakfast included was an insult: 1 sliced strawberry, 1 thin orange slice, 1 coddled egg on top of a wisp of burned kale or spinach, & a slice of homemade banana bread, which I couldnt eat because I cant eat very sweet items in the morning.. There were: no baskets of rolls or toast or butter or choice of eggs or cereal or pancakes or bacon or sausage. After we departed, we drove into Vergennes to eat a real breakfast. Also the quality (and minuscule size) of the free toiletries was very poor.

  : The Adirondack room was very spacious, with a whirlpool tub for two. The room itself had a very woodsy charm. Breakfast was great! The site said a "country" breakfast was provided, first morning we had eggs Benedict, a very pleasant surprise. We slipped the other breakfasts for just coffee in our room. Location was just out of town, close enough for a very short drive to excellent eateries. The fireplace was incredible.
  : The bed was a bit too firm, but that's a minor issue. It was hard to regulate the temperature in the room, however, we also had very cold temperatures and wind chills during our stay. Lastly, air circulation was fair, despite a heating and cooling unit with a fan being in the room. Again, cold temps prevented any windows being open. So, the only real knock was the bed, but that's individual preference.

  : Breakfast. I am not sure what we had . Some sort of egg dish on top of a tomato. Did not look appealing at all.
