  : The location of this apartment is perfect! It is located in a street just behind Arena and piazza Bra, but it is extremely quiet. There is parking nearby (18 EUR/day). The apartment is generally clean and modern-looking. PAM supermarket at 5 min walking distance. FYI Keys are to be collected at another location (the company that manages this apartment), but be aware that it has limited operating times.
  : This apartment is managed by a property management company and not by an individual host and you can just see that some small details are missing. For example, when we arrived, we found the dishwasher full of dishes (half dirty, as the previous guest or cleaner overloaded it!). Run out of hand soap in the bathroom. Not a single dishwasher tab. Duvet for the sofa bed was dirty which is a problem in Italy considering that they only use sheet+duvet and not quilt cover for duvet (obviously not washed for some time, as I have read this in one of the older reviews also). Altogether, this a nice apartment but it is a business, nobody is paying attention to these small details....

  : This property was grossly misrepresented by the owner. Stating it had views of the arena, the flat was located in the rear of a nondescript building, the only view was of the back ally. I photographed the ad and advised that I was moving out and expected my money back. Italian Flat were excellent just the opposite to the dishonest owner, who took the ad down and then told me it was never there. just as well I photographed the dishonest ad. I am just home and I see where Ital Flat has sent me a document refunding 3/4 of what I paid.Be very careful with this owner.

  : Location ,location superb close to all attractions with walking distance. Also appr.20min walk to train stations. Easy check in /out . Perfect place for short stay in Verona.
  : Some extra coffee cups required as not enough for our family Would recommend to place bialetti cafeteira in apartment to enjoy morning coffe :) At the time of our stay lift was not working no problem for me but for elderly person maybe an issue especially to walk up to the 3rd floor.

  : Fantastic location near Arena, comfortable bed and sofa bed (2 adults 2 children). Clean and quiet. Small lift from lobby was helpful.
  : The bathroom door needs fixing! Can't open or close it easily due to warping.

  : Lovely attractive apartment conveniently situated in a quiet area just off Piazza Bra. Easy walking to The Arena , city walls, river, and buses so perfect for getting around the city and beyond. Many local restaurants, shops, and a left luggage store in the same street if you arrive/ leave early/ late.
