  : I like that the kitchen was equipped. The sofa bed was not bad at all. The short walking distance to the beach was the biggest bonus.
  : I didn't like that they did not provide paper towels or bath towels. Also, one on the rooms didn't have an a/c unit and it was an oven in there. The tv was very small and not good channels. The biggest problem was that there is only 1 parking spot for 1 car.

  : I Love the cottage feel and comfort of the room. It had a kitchenette and was well stocked with dishes and utensils. I loved the location. Even if it's not beach front you do still have a view of the ocean but it's a very convenient location for the beach. Just a walk across the street down, cross the boardwalk, down the ramp and and there you are. It's wasn't as congested on the beach at this location either.
  : The carpet. I'm not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms.

  : This place is beautiful and clean. The entire building and rooms are spotless. Its amazing how well taken care of it is. The rooms are very retro and remind me of the 80s. The kitchens have super cool appliances. Its impressive how well up kept they are. Its conveniently located right in the heart of everything. The rooms are quiet.
  : The place clearly doesnt like having children as guests. I booked a room with two double beds, when we arrived and they saw we had two kids they charged me an extra $50 to have them there. The front desk was thoroughly irritated and unkind, aggressively typing numbers into an old calculator to tally how much he would charge me to have the extra guests. There are signs everywhere that are very unwelcoming. Its a beach resort and there are signs that say to leave sand at the beach, to go back to the beach showers and rinse off before going to your hotel room. The pool has signs that say no toys, no jumping, no yelling, no splashing. There are signs that say if anyone comes to visit you during your stay you will be evicted without refund. All the signs are over the top. They made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. While taking my 11 and 13yr old to the pool the older lady, who appears to own the place, came out to make sure an adult was present. I am in my 40s and clearly dont come across as a child myself. It was over stepping and controlling to say the least. They spared no expense to show their distaste in having children around. Its a shame because the hotel is very cute and retro.

  : I wanted to be near the ocean but didnt want to pay the price of a major hotel chain just for a quick one night trip. Location was excellent! I was steps away from the water, literally. Room was definitely 60s vibes but was clean and comfortable. And, its just steps away from my favorite pancake house on the beach! Its centrally located near all the beach stuff; food and things to do.
  : My only complaint was that I couldnt get the cable to work on the tv. Too many remotes and steps. Its 2023, it shouldnt be that hard to watch tv. Bed was super bouncy so maybe an upgrade is needed there.

  : The place was very quaint. Clean and and comfortable. The owners were extremely kind. Its a great place and just across from beach. Nice location on the north end. Full size fridge and stove with oven . Nice deck overlooking the courtyard
